Hercules eCAFE Series 10-Inch Netbooks

Hercules has released two new 10-inch eCAFÉ mobility netbooks. There are the eCAFÉ Slim HD and the eCAFÉ EX HD. The eCAFÉ Slim HD is slimmest and lightest netbook, scales at 1.9lbs and measuring only .8-inches thick, while the eCAFÉ EX HD netbook is incredibly compact at 1.1″ thick and 2.4 lbs, and 13 hours of battery life in real use conditions.

Both of them are powered by an ARM Cortex-A8 processor, a 10.1-inch (1024×600) LED-backlit display, 8 or 16GB of flash storage, 512MB of RAM, 802.11n WiFi, 0.3MP webcam, three USB ports, Ethernet, a card reader, and running on Linux operating system. The eCAFÉ EX HD model also offers HDMI output.

The eCAFÉ Slim HD and eCAFÉ EX HD will be available starting April 2011, at suggested retail prices of $229 and $269.
