Toshiba has unveiled the world’s first glasses-free 3D laptop able to display 3D and 2D content at the same time on one screen, namely the Dynabook Qosmio T851/D8CR. The Toshiba dynabook Qosmio T851/D8CR powered by a dedicated SpursEngine image processor that boasts 2D to 3D real-time conversion technology to enjoy high-quality 3D images generated from 2D terrestrial.
The Toshiba T851/D8CR features a 15.6-inch (1920 x 1080) Clear SuperView LED-backlit display with utilized 3D Window technology for allows 2D and 3D content simultaneously, a 2.3GHz Core i5-2410M processor, a GeForce GT 540M graphics card with 1GB of memory, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM, and a 750GB hard drive,
Other specifications include a BDXL-reading Blu-ray player, a TV tuner, Harman Kardon speakers, Gigabit Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, Bluetooth 3.0, one USB 3.0 and HDMI port. It runs Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 64-bit operating systems.
The Toshiba Dynabook Qosmio T851/D8CR will be available in the Japanese market from late July.
