Acer TravelMate 5542 Business Laptop with AMD Athlon II P340

Acer has launched the TravelMate 5542 laptop to the US market. The laptop is designed for business users and based on AMD platform.

The Acer TravelMate 5542 features a 15.6-inch (1366 x 768) LED backlit display, a 2.2GHz AMD Athlon II P340 processor, up to 4GB of RAM, Radeon HD 4250 graphics graphics, a 250GB or 320GB hard drive, Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, a 1.3 megapixel Crystal Eye webcam, a DVD writer, and a 2-in-1 card reader, and Windows 7 Professional OS.

The Acer TravelMate 5542 will be now available in the US and starting price of $549.
