Lenovo and Intel Corporation has recently released mini portable computer for students in grades K-8, called the Lenovo Classmate+ PC. The Lenovo Classmate+ laptop is designed for how children learn, based upon years of Intel’s ethnographic research in education and Lenovo’s heritage in this segment.

The Lenovo Classmate+ PC equipped with an Intel Atom N455 processor, a 10.1-inch LED backlit display, 1 or 2GB of RAM memory, up to 250GB or solid state drive option, and Windows 7 operating system.

It also comes with a 1.3 megapixel camera, two speakers, Ethernet, WiFi connectivity, three USB 2.0 ports, VGA port, a 4-in-1 card reader, and a 3-cell or 6-cell battery. Dimensions of Lenovo Classmate+ PC are 267×237×29 mm and weight 1.33kg for 3-cell battery and 1.54kg for 6-cell battery pack.
